Frequently Asked Questions
Is this only for unemployed developers?
No. Many of our clients are currently employed but want to level up to better roles or salaries. Our bundles and individual services work for both situations.
I'm not confident my German is good enough for interviews.
All our sessions are available in both German and English. You choose the language based on your target companies.
What if I'm too junior or too senior for this?
Our sweet spot is 2-6 years experience, but we've helped everyone from 1 YOE to 10+ YOE. We have bundles for every level, from Junior Kickstart to High-Pay Tech Strategy.
What exactly is the Pay-on-Success option?
You pay a smaller amount upfront and the rest only when you land a new job within 6 months of booking. This way we share the risk: if you don't get a job, I don't get my full fee.
What if I choose the one-time payment and don't get a job?
With the one-time payment: if you don't receive a single job offer within 6 months of booking, we refund you the full amount.
Can I book individual services without a bundle?
Yes, absolutely. You can book any service individually, e.g. just a CV review or just a mock interview. The bundles offer more value and a better overall price though.
